This is a project-based role with a reputable organization, delivered in partnership with a local school to provide high-quality support and training to aspiring teachers. As a mentor and coach, you will play a vital role in guiding a designated group of teacher trainees—helping them develop effective teaching practices and successfully complete their training program.
Contract Duration: August 2025 – June 2026 | Location: Riyadh | Language: Arabic or English Fluency (or both)

هذه وظيفة قائمة على مشروع بالتعاون مع جهة مرموقة، تُنفذ بالشراكة مع مدرسة محلية بهدف تقديم دعم وتدريب عالي الجودة للمعلمين الطموحين. بصفتك مُرشداً ومدرباً، سيكون لك دور محوري في توجيه مجموعة محددة من معلمين متدربين، ومساعدتهم على تطوير ممارسات تعليمية فعالة وإكمال برنامجهم التدريبي بنجاح.

Main Responsibilities
- Mentor and coach a designated group of trainees. الإرشاد والتوجيه لمجموعة محددة من المتدربين.
- Plan, carry out and follow up on observing teaching practice in the classroom. تخطيط وتنفيذ ومتابعة ملاحظات أداء المتدربين في الفصول الدراسية.
- Model high-quality teaching practices. تقديم نماذج لممارسات تعليمية عالية الجودة.
- Support planning, learner assessment and feedback. دعم المتدربين في التخطيط والتقويم وتقديم التغذية الراجعة للمتعلمين.
- Support trainees in developing their professional behaviours and integrating into the wider school environment. مساندة المتدربين في تطوير سلوكياتهم المهنية والاندماج في البيئة المدرسية بشكل أوسع.
- Support trainees in working towards Cambridge professional development qualifications. دعم المتدربين في التقدّم نحو الحصول على مؤهلات كامبردج للتطوير المهني.

- Excellent teaching and learning practitioner. ممارس متميز في مجال التدريس والتعلم
- Ability to work collaboratively and to build trust. القدرة على العمل بروح الفريق وبناء الثقة
- Excellent written and oral communication skills. مهارات ممتازة في التواصل الشفهي والكتابي
- Excellent inter-cultural awareness. وعي ثقافي عالي وقدرة على التعامل مع مختلف الثقافات
- Excellent organizational skills. مهارات تنظيمية ممتازة
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to circumstances. المرونة والقدرة على التكيف مع مختلف الظروف
- Excellent Arabic language skills – able to teach and mentor in Arabic. إجادة ممتازة للغة العربية – القدرة على التدريس والإرشاد بها.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor or Master degree in education or any relevant degree. درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في التعليم أو في أي تخصص ذي صلة
- Minimum 3 years’ teaching at Early Years, Primary or Secondary level. خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في التدريس في مرحلة الطفولة المبكرة أو المرحلة الابتدائية أو الثانوية
- Minimum 2 years’ middle or senior leadership responsibility. خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مناصب قيادية متوسطة أو عليا
- Mentoring and/or coaching trainee or early career teachers. خبرة في الإرشاد والتوجيه أو تدريب المعلمين المتدربين أو المعلمين في بداية مسيرتهم المهنية
