Admin Assistant (Cambridge Department)

The Cambridge Administrative Officer will act as the department clients’ primary point of contact. The representative will act as a liaison to provide services information (exams, training, etc), answer questions, and support the department across all given tasks to ensure client satisfaction and adhere to Emkan’s values.

 

 Main Responsibility

  • General Department Administrative Support
  • Handling the day-to-day communication with our clients
  • Supporting with Cambridge Examination Operations

 Skills Required

  • Bachelor Degree or Higher
  • Excellent English (written & spoken)
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload, and meet deadlines
  • Proactivity and taking initiative

  • Excellent organisational skills

 Qualifications and Experience

  • 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field, such as administration, marketing, public relations or any related discipline
  • Bachelor's degree in any related field. 
  • Preferred knowledge of Cambridge Assessment Programs and examinations
